Cantate are joined by an selected ensemble of professional musicians to perform two beautiful and thought provoking works: Mozart’s Requiem mass and Tom Randle’s ‘The Affirming Flame’.

Randle wrote his work for Ipswich Choral Society in 2019, and in this concert Cantate premiere a specially prepared reduced score version. The soloists who performed in the Snape Maltings Premiere, Gillian Keith and Trevor Bowes, return to perform with Cantate again.
